Shipping policy

Please expect 7-14 days to process your order and another 3-5 days in transit. We aim to get orders out faster if possible, within 3-5 days but not all plants are ready to ship immediately for many reasons. They are either too dry and need to be watered or too wet and need to dry out a bit before their journey, it's a timing thing. But don't you worry, we want to get your plants to you just as quickly as you want to see them!

We spend a lot of time, care & use a lot of materials to ensure your new plant babies arrive in the best possible condition! With that being said, "Ship Happens" sometimes due to delays or rough handling during transit, this is out of our control & we are just as bummed as you when this happens. If the box arrives damaged please take a picture of the box & plants & contact us to get the information you need so you can file a claim with the mail carrier. Shipping during the winter: If you live in a colder state and are ordering plants during the winter,  please order a heat pack and insulated liner to insure your plants are protected against the colder weather. 

2nd Day Ground Expedited Shipping: If you live in the colder region of the country, during the winter choosing 2nd day ground shipping is a great way to insure your place stay safe when traveling. Please email connec@weareplantlovers.com to get your customized quote.
